Step 1: Consultation
We'll start with connecting via email or a one-on-one session to discuss your experience, goals, and specific needs.
1-5 instructional yoga flow videos, ranging anywhere from 15-60 minutes in length.
Step 2: Custom Creation
I will design and film a series of HD yoga flows specifically for you, based on the goals we discussed in your consultation.
The ability to practice in your own space, at your own pace, at any time.
A practice built uniquely for your body, goals, abilities, and needs.
Step 3: Your Personal Library
You will receive a private library of your videos that you can access and download anytime, anywhere.
A reasonable, flexible, one-time cost for a custom video package that's yours to keep forever.
